NEW shoes, skirts, dresses and tops with no signs of wear, the original receipt, tags and packaging may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost ($9).
For all other items, all sales are final, including the following: flecos, totes, fans, flowers, mantones, mantoncillos, earrings, peinetas, castanets, castanet cases, etc.
Determination of item’s unused condition rests solely with The Pure Flamenco Store. Products with visible signs of wear, scratches, creases on the leather, dirty soles and without original tags or packaging will be charged a 30% fee and will be sold as a discounted item in the store. At the latest, product to be returned must be shipped on the 14th day after you received your order. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
We are now offering exchanges, please submit a return request and comment on the "note" section what your exchange is.
Please click here to process your return. If your return is approved, you will receive an email with a pre-paid shipping label. At the latest, product to be returned must be dropped off at your local USPS office on the 14th day after your received your order.
Do not ship back any items without previous authorization. Any items received without an approved return request will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
If you requested your return but fail to ship the item back within the 14 day policy, a 30% restocking fee will deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed and show up in your bank statement.
Starting October 11th, 2019 bank processing fees (3%) will not be refundable. You will see this deduction when you process your return.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Return shipping cost of $9 will be deducted from your refund.
SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST

4. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
5. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
6. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
7. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
8. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. ( Exchanges: Select "Other" and write your exchange details)
9. Click "Request return".
10. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
