Refund policy

RETURNS

Clothing and shoes are eligible for returns. Our return window lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase and you haven't submitted your return request, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags on and including a copy of your receipt.

Several items are exempt from being returned such as flecos, totes, fans, flowers, mantones, mantoncillos, earrings, peinetas, castanets, castanet cases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Any item that is returned in used condition: dirty soles, leather creases, scratches, etc.

REFUNDS 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account. A  fee of $9 will be deducted for return shipping. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
Please email us at info@pureflamenco.com to process an exchange. 

Shipping
Before shipping any item back, please log in to your account and request a return. You will then receive an email confirmation with a pre-paid shipping label that will be deducted from your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
