Terms and Conditions
All products listed in the store are in stock and will ship 2-5 business days after you place your order. Express shipping orders will ship out on the next business day. If for some reason we are out of stock of any item in your order, we will contact you via email.
During Holidays, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, orders will be shipped 7-10 business days after you place your order.
New and unworn shoes, skirts and tops with the original receipt, tags and packaging may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
Determination of item’s unused condition rests solely with The Pure Flamenco Store. Products with visible signs of wear, scratches, dirty soles and without original tags or packaging are non-returnable. At the latest, product to be returned must be shipped on the 7th day after you received your order. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
We do not offer exchanges, you will have to process a return and then purchase your new item(s).
Please fill out the return form to process your return. If your return is approved, you will receive an email with a pre-paid shipping label. At the latest, product to be returned must be dropped off at your local USPS office on the 7th day after your received your order.
If you chose not to receive a pre-paid shipping label, please wait for your return confirmation email and then ship your package with your carrier of choice within 7th days of receiving your order.
Do not ship back any items without previous authorization. Any items received without previous authorization will not be elegible for a refund. Customer is responsable for shipping cost if they want us to send their non-returnable item back.
If you requested your return but fail to ship the item back within the 7 day policy, a 30% restocking fee will deducted from your refund.
For all other items, all sales are final, including the following: flecos, totes, fans, flowers, mantones, mantoncillos, earrings, peinetas, castanets, castanet cases and all custom orders (including shoes, skirts, tops).
For International orders, buyer is 100% responsible for any customs/duty fees.
