Shipping and returns FAQ
Where are you located?
All orders ship from San Diego, CA.
What shipping options do I have?
We ship using USPS, UPS and DHL . You can choose between first class mail, ground shipping or express shipping. Shipping time frames are available at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Almost all products listed in the store are in stock and will ship 2-5 business days after you place your order. When express shipping is selected at checkout, your order will ship the next business day. If for some reason we are out of stock of any item in your order, we will contact you via email.
If your order contains a backordered or custom item, your order will ship when that item is ready. Products in one single order will not ship separately. If you wish to have items in-stock immediately, please place a separate order for items in-stock and custom/backordered items.
We are closed during mayor Holidays, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Expect orders placed during those time to be will be shipped 3-5 business days after the Holiday break.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally via USPS, UPS and DHL Express. For International orders, buyer is 100% responsible for any customs/duty and brokerage fees.
What is your return policy?
NEW shoes, skirts and tops with no signs of wear, the original receipt, tags and packaging may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Determination of item’s unused condition rests solely with the Pure Flamenco Store. At the latest, product to be exchanged must be dropped at your local USPS office on the 7th day after you received your order. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
We do not offer exchanges, you will have to return and then purchase your new item.
For all other items, all sales are final, including the following: flecos, totes, fans, flowers, mantones, mantoncillos, earrings, peinetas, castanets, castanet cases and all custom orders (including shoes, skirts, tops).
Is there a restocking fee??
There is no fee if you submit your return request and ship your items back within 7 days. If you fail to do so, there will be a 30% restocking fee.
Items that show signs of wear will also be charged a 30% fee and will be sold as a discounted item in the store.
