Shipping policy

We offer both USPS and UPS as our shipping carriers. While we always strive to process orders as quickly as possible, it typically takes 3-5 business days to complete processing. Once an order has shipped, Pure Flamenco is not responsible for any delays during transit, as the carrier assumes full responsibility.

If you require prompt delivery, we recommend selecting an Express shipping option at checkout to ensure faster service. For any inquiries regarding delayed deliveries, please reach out directly to USPS or UPS, as they will have the most accurate information.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be subject to:

  • A refund minus original shipping costs.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
