Our return window for shoes lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase and you haven't submitted your return request, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. All refunds are issued as store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unused, and free of any signs of wear. Items must also be returned in their original packaging with all labels attached.
