Our return window for shoes lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase and you haven't submitted your return request, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags on and including a copy of your receipt.

Please note: All refunds are issued as store credit.
